The insulating block consists of two ordinary lightweight concrete blocks with an insulating layer of polyurethane foam between them. The thickness of both the concrete blocks and the polyurethane can be varied for the degree of insulation required.

Components and options for producing of blocks, curbs, paving stone.
The curing racks are extended in modules as required for the job. Constructed in hot-galvanised steel profiles for greatest durability. Available with insulated automatic gates.
All moulds are made to order, so that the finished block has the shape you want, and the mould fits your machine. The mould consists of moulding box and wearing parts bolted together. The wearing parts are easily replaced when they are worn out. The wearing parts are made of hardened highly wear-resistant steel, ensuring long life and retention of tolerances for the mould. The mould and the wearing parts are bolted together for easy replacement of the wearing parts. To the left a mould for a U-block and to the right a mould for a hollow block.
Hydraulic automatic system for palletising/cross-palletising of concrete blocks. The clamps can be supplied with gripping function in one or both directions or for more layers of blocks.
Roller and chain conveyors for transport of empty and full pallets and loose concrete blocks, specially adapted to the job. Also as exit/entry conveyors for pallets with blocks.
